Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing customer service and assistance by responding to inquiries, complaints, and handling merchandise returns.
Demonstrating and providing instructions on merchandise use and general product knowledge.
Following corporate guidelines for prospecting and follow-up.
Performing merchandise responsibilities, including support of maintaining onhand, general departmental housekeeping, signage and promotional setups, in accordance with corporate standards.
Maintaining up to date product knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & outlook.
Time Managements and organizational skills
Interpersonal Skills - Exceptional listening and communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and diverse audiences in a variety of settings
Strong decision making skills to determine the most appropriate solutions
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Demonstrated tenacity, determination, and creativity in approach required to close deals.
