Welcome to www.sigelectronics.com. The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by SIG Electronics. If you visit or shop at www.sigelectronics.com site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. By submitting your order to us, you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these conditions of use and all related policies, conditions, and guidelines. These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at the sole discretion of SIG Electronics. If you do not agree with any of these conditions of use, you may not shop the SIG Electronics site.
The products and pricing listed on the SIG Electronics site are not to be considered offers to sell, but rather advertisements to receiver offers of purchase. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by SIG Electronics personnel. All prices are subject to change so your order may not be accepted or you may be advised of issues of pricing or availability in regards to your order.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Receipt of order confirmation sent to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. SIG Electronics reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at anytime after receiving your order. Only based on shipping confirmation will our acceptance of your order be confirmed. All orders must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment before shipment occurs. We may need additional information for verification purposes before we accept or ship any order.
Note: For credit card payment method orders are only shipped to the address that matches with the credit cards billing address. If the shipping address provided by you, the customer, does not match with the credit card’s billing address your order will be cancelled automatically without prior notice. For PayPal payment method orders are only shipped to a confirmed PayPal address. If the PayPal address is an unconfirmed address, your order will be cancelled automatically without prior notice. Once an order has been cancelled SIG Electronics cannot reactivate the order.

PRICES
All prices shown on SIG Electronics.com are in Canadian Dollars if you the customer selected the Canadian currency option and US Dollars if you the customer selected the US currency option. All prices on the SIG Electronics.com do not include shipping and handling fee, taxes nor any other services such as insurance.

SHIPPING METHODS
Length of shipping time is due to the shipping method selected by the Customer.
- All orders require 2 – 3 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
- Standard Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping service (Canada Post 5 – 8 business days within Canada – depend on the location of your address & 10 – 14 business days within United States – depend on the location of your address) For more information, please visit www.canadapost.com
- Canada Post Xpresspost (Delivery within 2 – 4 business days)
- Canada Post Priority (Delivery within 1 – 2 business days)
- All Canada shipment orders can be tracked at www.canadapost.com
- All US shipment orders can be tracked at www.usps.com
- All International orders can be tracked at www.canadapost.com
- While SIG Electronics and our shipper will make every effort to get your order to you within the allotted time, international customs processing or other complications on some orders may occasionally delay shipments.
- SIG Electronics does not process orders during weekends and holidays.
- No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- SIG Electronics does not guarantee same day shipping.
- All shipments made by SIG Electronics must be picked-up at your local Canada Post Office Outlet/the Outlet provided by Canada Post due to security reasons/weather conditions. No exception(s) is allowed at any time.
- Canada Post will leave a pick-up notice in your mailbox advising you of the pick-up location. (Please bring a piece of Identification Card – such as driver’s license as the Postal Office requires this).
- Per Canada Post’s rules and regulations only the receiver is allowed to pick-up the parcel, if you would like a family member to pick-up the parcel for you, please contact Canada Post for the required documents prior going.
Note: Customers who request their items to be shipped to Northwest Territory, Nunavut, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii are required to contact SIG Electronics via email (online@sigelectronics.com) before placing their order. SIG Electronics will have to provide a custom-shipping price for the orders sent to this location, as the $9.99 flat rate shipping does not apply to the locations listed above. In your email, please provide us with your full shipping address along with a contact phone number, while also indicating the item(s) you would like to purchase. Within 1 – 2 business days after receiving your email SIG Electronics will then provide you with an estimation of the shipping charge. Shipping time may vary depending on the location.
You, the buyer, are responsible for all applicable charges including but not limited to: shipping handling, delivery, taxes and applicable tariffs associated with the purchase.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING
When SIG Electronics ships the product, our liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier’s terms and conditions. You may wish to purchase additional insurance coverage for the full value of the product when you order. The appropriate request should be made when you submit your order request. SIG Electronics does not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.

SALES TAX
- SIG Electronics charges GST/HST (13%) on all sales made within Ontario as required by law.
- All sales made outside of Ontario but within Canada are charged the following taxes:

OVERSEA ORDERS (EXCLUDING NORTH AMERICA)
SIG Electronics welcomes any overseas orders.
- Payments can only be made by Wire Transfer (No exception at any time). For our Wire Transfer banking information, please contact SIG Electronics via email (online@sigelectronics.com) before placing your order. SIG Electronics will have to provide a custom-shipping price for the orders sent to oversea locations, as different location has a different shipping price. In your email, please provide us with your full shipping address while also indicating the item(s) you would like to purchase. Within 1 – 2 business days after receiving your email SIG Electronics will then provide you with an estimation of the shipping charge. Shipping time may vary depending on the location. To learn more about Wire Transfers, please also contact your financial institution for further details, as policies differ from one financial institution to the next.
Note: Wire Transfer payment method may take slightly longer to process because of time differences and bank processing time).

PROCESSING TIME
You can expect your order to be processed within 2 - 3 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. SIG Electronics does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

ORDERS STATUS
Once your order has been shipped, an email notification of your tracking number and information will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of your purchase by Canada Post. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging into your account on our website.
SIG Electronics does not intentionally sell backordered merchandise. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to our customers. Sometimes shipments also do get delayed from our manufacturers, due to shortage of goods or weather conditions. Back-order items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer. Fulfillment time may take 3 – 4 weeks depending on product availability. For a more accurate time frame please contact SIG Electronics via email (online@sigelectronics.com).

PRICE PROTECTION
All items purchased at SIG Electronics have a 5-day price protection from SIG Electronics. Customers will have to contact SIG Electronics via email only (online@sigelectronics.com), within the first 5 days from the date of the purchase. Any claims after the first 5 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
For in-store purchases customer must come into the store within the first 5 days from the purchase date and present us with your original SIG Electronics sales receipt of the purchase. Any claims after the first 5 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
SIG Electronics price protection does not include:
- Deal of the day
- Cash & Carry
- Weekend Deals
- Boxing Days Sales
- Limited Quantity Sales
- All Madness Sales
Note: Customers without their original sales receipt or online invoice, SIG Electronics will not be able to honour our price protection service.

PRICE MATCHING
Our Price Matching policy makes sure you get the best price on products purchased at SIG Electronics.
Prior to your purchase, should you find a lower advertised price on the Internet from an authorized Canadian Dealer, we will try to match or beat their price.
Simply click on the Price Match icon on the product detail page and a popup screen will be requesting for the URL and the Price to be matched. Fill out the necessary information, click on the submit button and we will have our professional sales team look over your request and will get back to you within 1 – 2 business days in regards to the price match.
The advertised item must be of the same brand and model as the purchased product, must be new and factory sealed, and subject to a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Canada. Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars, and will be calculated to include all charges applicable for delivery to your home address.
Note: Our Price Match policy does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and special financing offers.

SIG Electronics cannot change your original order at any time. No exceptions are allowed at all time.

CANCEL ORDERS
You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply send us an email (online@sigelectronics.com) quoting your sales order number. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit card/PayPal account in approximately 1- 2 business days. We strongly discourage calling us requesting for a sales order to be cancelled because we would need an email proof from the customer that an authorization has given to us to cancel their orders.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders are goods that are not physically in our warehouse but waiting for the shipment to arrive from the manufacturer/distributor.
Select the item that you would like to purchase (Special Orders) and checkout as you normally would. Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged and you will receive an email confirmation of your Sales Order number. The Special Order item would be on hold under your Sales Order number. Fulfilling Special Orders are based on numerical Sales Order number. Once stock arrives, orders will be fulfilled based on the numerical order of the Sales Order Number. You will be kept up-to date via our website and though standard Order Status emails to your account.

PRODUCT TESTING
SIG Electronics, like other e-tailers and retailers, ship and sell items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. SIG Electronics does not conduct product testing nor open any packaging before shipping any merchandise.

We post all of the information the manufacturer/distributor provides us with for your convenience. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
SIG Electronics reserves the right in the event of any item listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error on information received from our suppliers to decline and/or cancel any orders for the incorrectly listed item. We may cancel at our discretion orders, which may or may not have been confirmed including orders, which may have been paid for or charged to your credit card/PayPal account. IN the event a charge has been made to your credit card/PayPal account, SIG Electronics will immediately issue a credit to your card/PayPal account to offset the purchase.

PRODUCT REVISIONS
SIG Electronics is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, SIG Electronics puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately, there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, colour deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer/distributor. SIG Electronics relies on the manufacturer/distributor to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer/distributor fails to do so. Consequently, SIG Electronics will not be held responsible for product revision changes.

SIG Electronics does not consent to having any telephone calls recorded and reserves the right to terminate any call that is being recorded. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In all circumstances SIG Electronics’ maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. SIG Electronics shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the product it sells which exceeds this liability limit. SIG Electronics shall not be liable for Third Party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not SIG Electronics has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected nor impaired. The Terms and Conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable Assignment.
This agreement with SIG Electronics cannot be assigned without SIG Electronics written consent. SIG Electronics is the intended beneficiary of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other information or agreements included or relating to products purchased from SIG Electronics, this agreement will take precedence.
