IF IN ANY CASE YOUR ITEM DOES HAVE SOME MISSING PARTS, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN TWO (2) DAYS BY E-MAIL/PHONE. • All brand new items have 15 days DOA (dead on arrival) Warranty. Any defective item can only be exchanged! IF IN ANY CASE YOUR ITEM IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS BY E-MAIL/PHONE.   ONCE SIG ELECTRONICS’ TECHNICIAN/STAFF RECEIVES THE PARCELS & CONFIRMS THAT THE PARCEL IS NOT WORKING THAN AN EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED. THE PROCESS OF AN EXCHANGE WILL TAKE 14-20 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAY SIG ELECTRONICS’ RECEIVES YOUR PARCEL!
• All defective products can be exchanged; only and only if; it is in its’ original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials, disks, cabling and so on. Please note: We require proof of purchase for an exchange or warranty (SIG Electronics’ invoice)
• All defective products must be inspected and approved by SIG Electronics’ technician/staff prior to the exchange.
• While we strive for accuracy, SIG Electronics reserves the right to make any type of changes at anytime, without prior notice; such as prices, descriptions, images, policies and so on. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOS / ERRORS. In the case of a discrepancy between store/online prices, SIG Electronics will have the right in determining the corrected price.

Warranty Policy

• SIG Electronics offer a 15 days DOA warranty on all new items. With a one year manufacturer warranty.
• SIG Electronics offers a 30 days warranty on all refurbished and open items.
• Depending on the manufacturer, some refurbished products may have a 90 days manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer after the 30 days warranty.
• Generally the manufacturer limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, physical damage and etc. In no way does SIG Electronics warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.
• SIG Electronics reserves the right to substitute a comparable model at the current market value of your item.
