In-Store 14 Days Exchange/Return Policy
Our Goal is to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange or return, please note the following.
SIG Electronics would be pleased to exchange or provide a refund on most merchandise (see below for exceptions) within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of original cash register receipt.
- All merchandise will be charged a restocking fee (20% of merchandise value + tax). No exceptions.
- All merchandise will be checked and approved by the customer before it leaves the store to ensure quality of product. A sales associate will check the merchandise with the customer and place a customer approved sticker on the merchandise.
- All exchange/returns must be done at the same store where the original purchase was made.
- Credit/debit card payments will be returned in the same method on the same credit/debit card. Cash payments will be returned in the form of a store credit, no cash purchases will be returned in cash. The store credit may be used at any SIG Electronics retail location, excluding online use.
- Any merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange/refund will be processed if there is anything missing.
- Computer software, Blu-Ray/DVD movies, Video games and Ink do not have any warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged due to authentic licensing registration/activation requirements.
- Shavers, Headphones, and Bluetooth headsets can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- No refund on all deposits.
- No returns or exchanges on returned/previously exchanged merchandise.
- Customers will be required to pay the difference in OES Fee (Ontario Electronic Stewardship) for any exchanged merchandise. Please visit our website at www.sigelectronics.com/oes for full details.
- SIG Electronics reserves the right to determine whether the product is defective or not. Products with physical damage will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- For DOA (dead on arrival) merchandise please see our in-store warranty Policy for more information.
- While we strive for accuracy, SIG Electronics reserves the right to make any type of changes at anytime, without prior notice; such as prices, descriptions, images, policies and so on. We are not responsible for any typing mistakes or errors. In the case of a discrepancy between store/online prices, SIG Electronics will have the right in determining the corrected price.

In-Store Warranty Policy
- All brand new merchandise has 14 days DOA (dead on arrival) Warranty, with a one year manufacturer warranty (Depending on the Manufacturer). All opened box merchandise has 30 days DOA Warranty. All defective merchandise can only be exchanged. NO REFUNDS ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. All warranty products will be replaced with the same item, or provided with an in-store credit.
- In-store purchases must be brought back to the same location where it was purchased. We require proof of purchase for all warranty merchandise (SIG Electronics’ original cash register receipt)
- SIG Electronics’ merchandise warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, wear and tear, etc.
- All defective products will be sent back to the head office for testing. If at any time the technician confirms the product is not functioning properly he/she will send the merchandise to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer confirms that it can no longer be repaired. SIG Electronics will provide an in-store credit. This process usually takes 14-20 business days.
- To be eligible for warranty all merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange will be processed if there is anything missing.

Online Exchange/Return Policy
Our Goal is to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange or return, please note the following.
SIG Electronics would be please to exchange or provide a refund on most merchandise (see below for exceptions) within a period of 14 days from the date you received the parcel. We require proof of purchase for all warranty merchandise (SIG Electronics invoice)
- All merchandise will be charged a restocking fee (20% of merchandise value). No exceptions.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for sending merchandise back to SIG Electronics for refunds. For an exchange the customer is responsible for the two-way shipping (sending back to us and shipping back to the customer). Please use a courier with tracking service.
- For an exchange/refund please email us at online@sigelectronics.com once we receive your email, we will generate a RMA number and send you the RMA form to be completed and sent back with the parcel.
- Refunds paid by credit card/PayPal will be returned in the same method payment was received. Wire Transfer payments will be refunded in the form of company check. For exchanges with a difference in value, the balance will be charged or refunded in the same method original payment was received.

Online Warranty Policy

- The Customer is responsible for the two-way shipping fees, for sending merchandise back to SIG Electronics and for SIG Electronics to return the merchandise back to you after the warranty is completed; please use a courier with tracking service.

- Once SIG Electronics’ technician/staff receives the parcels & confirms that the parcel is not working than an exchange will be processed. The process of an exchange will take 14-20 business days from the day SIG Electronics receives the parcel.
- To be eligible for warranty all merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange will be processed if there is anything missing.
- SIG Electronics reserves the right to substitute a comparable model at the current market value of the merchandise.
