SIG Electronics uses Canada Post and Purolator shipping. There are no hidden fees. There is no minimum purchase necessary or weight limit.

Customers from Northwest Territory and Nunavut, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii are required to contact SIG Electronics via email online@sigelectronics.com before placing their order. As SIG Electronics will have to provide a custom shipping price for the order as the $9.99 flat rate shipping does not apply to the locations listed above. In your email, please provide your full shipping address along with a contact phone number, while also indicating the item(s) you would like to purchase. SIG Electronics will then provide estimation for shipping in 1 business day. Shipping time may vary depending on location.

* Note: TV, Laser Printer, Pachinko machines and any oversize product will be assessed a shipping charge. SIG Electronics will determine the product was oversize or not. 

Credit Card Payments

For all your credit card payments, you will be taken to a secure page to complete your transaction. SIG Electronics now accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Master card). You can place an order and make a payment using a valid credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: Your shipping address and name in your SIG Electronics customer account must match the address and name you have registered your Credit Card. SIG Electronics will only ship to the same address that registered on your credit card. SIG Electronics reserves the right to cancel any orders that does not comply with this notice. There may be some delay in processing your order as SIG Electronics attempts to verify your information.

PayPal Payments

For all your PayPal payments, you will be redirected to PayPal website during checkout to complete you transaction.

STEP 1: Registering an account with SIG Electronics

In order to shop online at SIG Electronics, you must first register an account. Signing up for a SIG Electronics Online account is very easy. Go to our create user account page and fill in the necessary information.

STEP 1: Placing Your Order

Login to your account and browse through our web site, adding to your shopping cart the products you wish to purchase. When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon on top left of the screen.

Here you will be presented with the item(s) you wish to purchase and the total price before shipping cost and tax. You may make any necessary changes to your shopping cart at this time. You may get a shipping estimate by clicking on 'Click Here to Estimate Shipping', a popup window will ask you for your Zip/Postal Code and Country. Once you are ready to proceed, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

STEP 2: Payment information

You will be required to enter a method of payment. Select you method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Delta). Fill in the appropriate infromation. If you have a Gift Certificate you can enter it on the Payment page to credit your purchase. Once you have completed this process click on 'Continue' to proceed.

STEP 3: Submiting your Order

You will be given a final summary of your order and shipping address. You may make changes to you Shipping information if incorrect by clicking on Change. If you have a Coupon Code or a Gift Certicate you may enter it into the appropriate textbox and click on Apply. Your subtotal will automatically update. Please read Terms and Conditions, once done place a check mark on the box for the Terms and Conditions. Click on Submit Order once you are satisfied with your order. You will receive a confirmation email to the register email address of your order, with information regarding you purchase.

Order Processing

Please note that it takes at least 1 business day for SIG Electronics to confirm your payment and process you order. Once confirmed, we begin processing your order. All in-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days in Canada. Our online support team will keep you informed if there will be significant delays or if any changes need to be made. All orders are shipped by Purolator or Canada Post ground shipping and take 1-6 business days.
