Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide front-line reception duties including greeting and screening visitors and callers.
Answer queries in person or via telephone.
Provide administrative assistance to key executive positions.
Assist with effective operation of the Head Office.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier materials, preparation of customs forms.
Invoicing.
Data entry to support Accounting department as required.
Photocopying, faxing and filing of materials as required.
Assisting with trafficking current orders.
Keeping track & tidying of the inventory room.
Other administration/clerical duties as required.
PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:
Post secondary education diploma in a related area.
Computer proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to greet people and offer assistance in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Ability to communicate quickly and concisely in a verbal and written format.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to set and meet deadlines.
Ability to organize time and prioritize duties.
Willingness to support the efforts and initiatives of other team members to the benefit of the company.
Ability to work without continuous supervision.
