How to use website
Add item to Cart | View Cart | New Shipping Address | Shipping Method | Payment Information | Review and Submit
  1. Click on Register at the top left of the page.
  2. Fill in the proper information for your account.
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Password
    • Re-enter Password
  3. Click Continue to submit your registration.
 

  1. To ad an item to the shopping cart you must select the item that you would like to place into the shopping cart.
  2. Once you have found the item to ad to the shopping cart, click on the blue shopping cart logo under the item.
  3. Once the the shopping cart logo is clicked the item will be place in the shopping cart.

  1. Click on the red shopping cart logo to view cart.
  2. Once in your shopping cart it will look like this.
  3. Here you will find a list of the items that are already in your cart.
  4. If you would like to remove an item from your cart click on to the item you wish to remove.
  5. If you would like to increase or decrease the quantity on an item that is already in the cart. Change the number in the quantity field to the desired amount and click “Update Total” button.
  6. If you would like to continue shopping simply click on “Continue Shopping” button
  7. If you would like to continue with the shopping cart simply click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
  8. If you would like to pay through PayPal Click on "Check out with PayPal". At this point you will have to login to your account and follow on screen instructions.
    Note: Any orders with unconfirmed address will not be approved.

  1. At this screen you will be asked to enter you shipping address. You will only be asked this for you first purchase.
  2. Fields that must be entered:
    • Name (Customer first and last name)
    • Company Name (For business only)
    • Address 1 and 2 (If a PO Box is entered, please provide a full residential address as well)
    • Town
    • State/Province
    • Zip/Postal Code
    • Country
    • Phone (Please provide a phone number where we can reach you at. All order will receive a confirmation call to confirm order. Order may not be processed until order is confirmed.)
  3. You may use the shipping address as your billing address as well, by checking the check box “This address is also my billing address”. Please note that the billing address must be the address registered to the credit card that is being used.
  4. Once all information has been filled out click “Continue” to proceed.

  • On this screen you will be asked to select your shipping method.
  • All orders are subject to 2 business days for processing.
  • All orders within Canada may be shipped
    • Standard Shipping (Canada Post 5-8 business days)
    • Canada Post Xpresspost (2-4 business days)
    • Canada Post Priority (1-2 business day)
  • All orders to USA may be shipped
    • Standard Shipping (Canada Post 10-14 business days)

  • Once you have selected you shipping preference click “Continue” to proceed.

  • Once the payment method has been selected enter
    • credit card Number
    • Expiration Date
    • Cardholder Name (As on the credit card)
    • Card Security Code (Found on the back of the credit card)
    • You may allow our server to save your credit card information, by checking “Save My Credit Card Information” check box. (This would be if you do not want to input this information again for future purchases)
  • If you have a Gift Certificate and would like to use, you can enter the Gift Certificate code into “Gift Certificate” text box.
  • Once all information has been entered, click on “Continue” button to proceed.

  • The final step of the check out is confirming all information.
  • At this point you can still change any of this sections listed below:
    1. Shipping Address, click “Change” button.
    2. Billing Address, click “Change” button.
    3. Shipping Method, you can select a different method by changing the radio button. At this point the page will refresh and update totals.
    4. Payment Method, click “Change” button and go back to payment Information
    5. If you have a Coupon Code that applies to the items in your cart, you may enter the code into the textbox and click on Apply. The page will refresh at this point and update your shopping cart.
    6. If you have a Gift Certificate and would like to use, you can enter the Gift Certificate code into “Gift Certificate” text box.
    7. Please click “Terms and Conditions” link, a pop up with the terms and condition will be displayed.
      • Please read terms and conditions, close window when down and make use check, check button for “Terms and Conditions”.
    8. At this point you can review your shopping cart with shipping cost, taxes, and your total price. You have two options “Change Order” or “ Submit Order”.
    9. If you select “Change Order” please follow How to view and use your shopping cart.
    10. If you select “Submit Order”, your order will be submitted. If submitted successfully system will display a successful order submitted page. If you do not receive this page, please check credit card information, shipping, and billing address information.
