Extended Holiday Warranty
SIG Electronics will gladly extend the warranty policy on purchases made from December 1st, 2011 – December 25th, 2011.
You will have until January 6th, 2011 to notify us by email about any defective products. Once we receive your email we will process a confirmation number for your product to be returned to us. Please confirm with us before sending any items back.
For purchases made from December 26th, 2011 and onwards the extended holiday warranty policy does not apply. For purchases made within this date and onward you will have the standard return policy.
Please note: Physical damages to the product are not eligible for an exchange at all times.

To our valued customers, in order for you to receive your order before December 24th, 2011, online orders must be received by SIG Electronics no later than the following:

- Shipped to Canada - Standard Shipping - December 12, 2011 by 1:00pm EST
- Shipped to USA - Standard Shipping - December 13, 2011 by 1:00pm EST
- Shipped to International - Standard Shipping - November 29, 2011 by 1:00pm EST
Purolator & UPS
- Shipped to Canada - Standard Shipping - December 15, 2011 by 1:00pm EST
- Shipped to USA - Standard Shipping - December 15, 2011 by 1:00pm EST
Any orders placed after the indicated cut off time cannot be guaranteed to arrive before December 24th, 2011.
Please note: SIG Electronics will not be held responsible for items that do not arrive on time due to delays by Canada Post or Purolator.
